How long will delivery take?

It depends on your destination and the shipping option you choose. At checkout you will see the estimated delivery time next to each option.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated at checkout for your address and the items in your cart, before you pay.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you can follow it on Track your order.

I checked out without an account. How can I see my order?

Go to View your order, enter your order number and e-mail, and we will send you a code to open it.

Will I pay customs or import taxes?

Within the European Union, orders up to 150 EUR are shipped with import VAT already handled. Above 150 EUR, or outside the European Union, duties and taxes may be collected on delivery. More details on Shipping & Delivery.
